I've just added the resources page on rhoek.com and below are the first 4 websites I use and recommend.

istockphoto - for photos, illustrations and icons.
bigstockphoto - for stock imagery.
snowcovered - for dotnetnuke skins, containers, modules and portal add-ons.
templatemonster - for website templates, inspiration, and ideas.

I recently received an email with regards to the cool image viewing technique which I use in the footer of my blog, where my artwork images are overlayed in the window.

This is a cool piece of javascript, which I came across while researching a web project at work, and decided to implement on this site.

BoagWorld - Web Design Podcast and blog

For a while now I've been reading the blog and listening to the podcast of Paul Boag and co-host Marcus Lillington at www.boagworld.com. It's getting a mention in the resources section of my blog because it is an amazing place to find non-geek information about managing and designing websites.

I came across it through the practical web design magazine which has the podcast attached to its free CD, and found it instantly appealing.

Definitely worth checking out.
